Does Quietum Plus Contain Melatonin? What the Page Lists
Does Quietum Plus contain melatonin? It is not among the 18 ingredients named on the sales page. Still, the images show no Supplement Facts panel and no other-ingredients line, so we cannot rule out anything unlisted. Read your own bottle's label, and ask your doctor or pharmacist if you already use a sleep aid.

Does Quietum Plus contain melatonin?
Not by name. The sales page lists 18 ingredients in nine tiles, and melatonin is not one of them. The bottle front shows no ingredient list at all.
The gap is the missing panel. With no Supplement Facts panel and no other-ingredients line, nothing printed lets you confirm what else is inside. The full list is on the Quietum Plus ingredients page.

Is there anything in Quietum Plus for sleep?
The page does list ashwagandha, an herb tested in small trials for stress and sleep. NCCIH says some preparations may help with insomnia and stress, and that long-term safety is not established (NCCIH, Ashwagandha).
That finding comes from other products and doses. The amount in Quietum Plus is not printed, so nobody can link those trials to the capsules.
The sales page also offers a digital guide on sleep, which is a file and not an ingredient. The bottle front says Mood Support, not sleep.
Does melatonin help ear ringing?
The tinnitus guideline recommends against melatonin for tinnitus, along with ginkgo, zinc and other supplements (AAO-HNSF Tinnitus Guideline 2014). So a melatonin-free list is not a drawback for hearing.
If ringing keeps you awake, a clinician can look for causes and suggest therapy for sleep and sound. Sudden hearing loss in one ear needs same-day care.
Sleep aids can interact with other medicines too. Keep taking prescribed medicine and ask your doctor or pharmacist first.

Some products carry more or less melatonin than labeled. A 2023 study cited by NCCIH found 22 of 25 melatonin gummy products mislabeled (NCCIH, Sleep Disorders). That study did not test Quietum Plus.

01FAQ
Melatonin questions
Can I take Quietum Plus with a melatonin supplement?
Ask your doctor or pharmacist first. We do not know your medicines, and the amounts in Quietum Plus are not printed, so nobody can say what the two together would add up to. Bring both bottles to the visit.
Will Quietum Plus make me sleepy?
We cannot say. No trial has tested the capsules, and ashwagandha can cause drowsiness in some people according to NCCIH. Be careful before driving until you know how it affects you, and follow your bottle's label.
Why do people ask about melatonin and ringing?
Some ads pair sleep aids with ear products, and ringing often seems louder at night. The guideline recommends against melatonin as a tinnitus treatment, so it is no reason to add one. Ask a clinician about sleep and sound therapy.
