What does the Quietum Plus bottle label say?

The Quietum Plus bottle front reads: Quietum Plus, Dietary Supplement, Clear Mind, Memory & Focus, Mood Support and 60 Capsules. It is the only label image we have.
The front says nothing about hearing, ears or ringing. The hearing line, "Specially created to support a healthy hearing", and the words "Supports A Peaceful Life" appear only on the sales page and its infographic (Quietum Plus sales page).
The side and back, where a Supplement Facts panel would sit, are not shown anywhere we found.

Is there a Supplement Facts panel for Quietum Plus?
Not in our files. A real bottle must carry one, so look for it on yours.
No Supplement Facts panel appears in the bottle images or on the sales page (Quietum Plus sales page). The page lists 18 ingredient names on nine tiles and stops there.

How much of each ingredient is in a Quietum Plus capsule?
Nobody outside the maker can say. No image or page we found prints an amount for any of the 18 ingredients.
That gap matters most for vitamin A and zinc, which have adult upper limits (NIH ODS, Vitamin A) (NIH ODS, Zinc), and for herbs that can act on medicines. Without an amount, you cannot check a total against a limit. See the vitamins and zinc page for the ceilings.

04Blends
What is a proprietary blend, and does Quietum Plus use one?
A proprietary blend is a group of ingredients listed under one name with one total weight, so the single amounts stay hidden. The sales page calls the formula proprietary, but it prints no blend name and no weight.
We cannot tell whether your bottle shows a blend. If it does, the ingredients should appear in order of weight, with the heaviest first. That order is a clue, not a measure.
The page also calls the formula "18 special high-quality plant extracts". Five of the 18 are not plants: vitamin A, vitamin B, zinc, L-tyrosine and L-arginine.
05Melatonin
Does Quietum Plus contain melatonin?
No, melatonin is not among the 18 ingredients on the sales page (Quietum Plus sales page). The page lists mucuna, maca, epimedium, tribulus, dong quai, muira puama, ginger, catuaba, damiana, ashwagandha, piperine, sarsaparilla, asparagus, vitamin A, vitamin B, zinc, L-tyrosine and L-arginine.
Your bottle may add other ingredients that the page leaves out, so check the other-ingredients line. The US tinnitus guideline recommends against melatonin for persistent, bothersome tinnitus, so a missing melatonin is not a loss (AAO-HNSF Tinnitus Guideline 2014).
