01The short answer

Who is Quietum Plus for?

Quietum Plus is sold to adults who want a daily capsule for a clear mind, memory and focus, and mood. Those three lines are printed on the bottle front (Quietum Plus sales page).

The sales page adds a hearing message, "Specially created to support a healthy hearing", and a line about a peaceful life. Neither is a medical use. The product is a dietary supplement, so it is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease (Quietum Plus sales page, claims).

No label we could read names an age range, a health group or a condition it suits. Fit has to come from you and your doctor, using the checks below.

02Purpose

What is Quietum Plus for?

It is for general support, not for a named condition. The table separates what the bottle says from what only the sales page says.

What Quietum Plus is sold for, and where it is printed
LineWhere it appearsWhat it is
Clear MindBottle frontA support claim for normal function
Memory & FocusBottle frontA support claim for normal function
Mood SupportBottle frontA support claim for normal function
"Supports A Peaceful Life"Sales page and infographic onlyA general phrase, not a measured effect
"Specially created to support a healthy hearing"Sales page and infographic onlyAdvertising; the bottle front says nothing about hearing

No trial has tested Quietum Plus for any of these. See benefits for how the ingredients compare with the claims.

03Tinnitus and hearing

Is Quietum Plus good for tinnitus or hearing loss?

No evidence says so. Quietum Plus is a capsule supplement, not a treatment for tinnitus or hearing loss, and no trial of the formula exists.

The US guideline update says clinicians should not recommend dietary supplements for persistent, bothersome tinnitus (AAO-HNSF Tinnitus Update 2026). The NIDCD adds that none of the vitamins, herbs or supplements advertised for tinnitus has been shown to work (NIDCD, Tinnitus).

If you hear ringing or notice your hearing changing, a hearing exam comes first. Supplements do not stand in for one. Read tinnitus basics for what to expect.

04Not a supplement question

When is ringing a doctor question first?

Some signs need a doctor before any supplement. Sudden hearing loss in one ear is a medical emergency, and the NIDCD says to see a doctor immediately (NIDCD, Sudden Deafness).

When ringing is a doctor question, not a supplement question

Sudden hearing loss in one ear (same day), ringing that beats with your pulse, ringing after a head injury, or ringing with dizziness, weakness or a drooping face. Call 911 for sudden weakness or a drooping face. Sources: NIDCD on sudden deafness (NIDCD, Sudden Deafness), the NHS (NHS, Tinnitus), Mayo Clinic (Mayo Clinic, Tinnitus) and the tinnitus guideline (AAO-HNSF Tinnitus Guideline 2014).

05Fit check

Who should not take Quietum Plus, or should ask first?

Pregnant or nursing women, people under 18 and people on certain medicines should talk to a doctor first. Several ingredients have specific cautions, and no amounts are printed to judge them by.

Answer five questions to see where you fall.

1. Is your ringing new and sudden with hearing loss in one ear, pulsing with your heartbeat, after a head injury, or with dizziness, weakness or a drooping face?
2. Do you take a blood thinner, such as warfarin, apixaban (Eliquis) or clopidogrel?
3. Do you take Parkinson's medicine (levodopa) or a medicine for mood, sleep or seizures?
4. Do you take medicine for blood pressure, the heart (including nitrates), ED, the thyroid or diabetes?
5. Are you pregnant or nursing, or under 18?

06Ages and conditions

Is Quietum Plus for all ages and medical conditions?

No. The sales page says the formula is "designed for all ages and medical conditions" (Quietum Plus sales page, quality claims), but the same page asks buyers to show the bottle to a doctor first. Both cannot be true for everyone.

A supplement cannot be right for every age and condition. Children, pregnancy, liver disease, thyroid disease, heart conditions and many medicines all change the picture.

Treat the phrase as an advertising line. Use your doctor's view instead.

07Older adults and hearing aids

Can adults over 65 take Quietum Plus, and what about hearing aids?

Adults over 65 may take it if a doctor agrees, but the medicine list matters more with age. Many older adults take blood pressure, heart or blood thinner medicines, and several Quietum Plus ingredients can matter with those.

Hearing aids do not conflict with a capsule that we know of, and no source says otherwise. But a supplement does not stand in for a hearing aid. The guideline advises a hearing aid check when there is hearing loss (AAO-HNSF Tinnitus Update 2026). Hearing loss is common with age (NIDCD, Quick Statistics Hearing).

Take your medicine list and the bottle to the visit. See supplements and medicines.

08Prescription

Does Quietum Plus need a prescription?

No. Quietum Plus is a dietary supplement, so it is sold without a prescription. The FDA does not approve supplements for safety or effectiveness before they are sold (FDA, Information for Consumers on Supplements).

No prescription does not mean no risk. That is why the sales page itself says to show a bottle to your doctor.

Keep taking prescribed medicine

Do not stop, skip or change a prescribed medicine because you started a supplement. Read side effects before you order.

09FAQ

Who it is for questions

What is Quietum Plus for?

It is sold as a capsule supplement for a clear mind, memory and focus, and mood, as the bottle front says. The sales page adds a hearing message. It is not a treatment for any disease, and no trial has tested the formula.

Does Quietum Plus need a prescription?

No. It is a dietary supplement, sold without a prescription. The FDA does not approve supplements before they are sold (FDA, Information for Consumers on Supplements). Show the bottle to your doctor first, as the sales page itself advises.

Is Quietum Plus good for tinnitus?

There is no evidence that it is. No trial has tested Quietum Plus, and the 2026 US guideline advises against recommending supplements for persistent, bothersome tinnitus (AAO-HNSF Tinnitus Update 2026). Get a hearing exam for ringing that lasts.

Does Quietum Plus work for hearing loss?

No evidence shows that it does. It is a supplement, and the bottle front says nothing about hearing. Sudden hearing loss in one ear is an emergency that needs a doctor the same day (NIDCD, Sudden Deafness), and a hearing exam is the right first step.

Is Quietum Plus for all ages and medical conditions?

No. The sales page says it is "designed for all ages and medical conditions", yet it also tells buyers to see a doctor first. Pregnancy, children, liver, thyroid and heart conditions and many medicines call for a doctor's approval.

Who should not take Quietum Plus?

Anyone pregnant, nursing or under 18 should not start it without a doctor's approval. People on blood thinners, Parkinson's, blood pressure, thyroid or diabetes medicines, or with liver disease, should ask first. Ashwagandha, dong quai and mucuna carry specific cautions.

Can adults over 65 take Quietum Plus?

Yes, if a doctor agrees. Older adults often take medicines that interact with several ingredients, so bring the bottle and your full list. A supplement should not replace a hearing exam or a hearing aid (AAO-HNSF Tinnitus Update 2026).

Can I take Quietum Plus if I wear hearing aids?

We know of no conflict between hearing aids and the capsules, and no source addresses it. A supplement does not replace a hearing aid. Keep your hearing care visits, and tell your doctor about the capsules.
