02Plants or not
Are there really 18 plant extracts in Quietum Plus?
No, not all 18 are plants. The sales page calls the blend "18 special high-quality plant extracts", yet vitamin A, vitamin B, zinc, L-tyrosine and L-arginine are a vitamin, a mineral and amino acids.
Which are vitamins or minerals? Three: vitamin A, "vitamin B" and zinc. The page does not say which B vitamin. Thirteen are herbs or roots, and two are amino acids.

Names in the order of the sales page's nine tiles (Quietum Plus sales page). The groups are ours, to make the list easier to read. The page calls all 18 "plant extracts", but vitamins A and B, zinc, L-tyrosine and L-arginine are not plants.
03Odd fit
Why are libido herbs listed in a hearing capsule?
Seven of the herbs are best known as libido or vitality tonics: mucuna, maca, epimedium, tribulus, muira puama, catuaba and damiana. The page does not explain why they are in a hearing capsule, and we found no hearing trial for any of them.
Is there a hearing-specific ingredient? The only ear line is "Superior ear tonic" for dong quai, a traditional Chinese herb with no tinnitus trial on file. Tinnitus trials of other supplements, such as zinc, found no benefit (Cochrane, Zinc for Tinnitus).
Several of these herbs have few safety data and some interactions (Brunetti et al., Herbal Sexual Enhancers).
04Amounts
How much of each Quietum Plus ingredient is in a capsule?
No one outside the maker can say, because no amount is printed. The images and sales page show no Supplement Facts panel, no serving size and no percent daily value.
The table shows each ingredient, its tile and the research we found. The label page says what to check on your bottle.

Which Quietum Plus ingredient has the most research?
Ashwagandha has the most human research of the 18, mostly small trials of stress and sleep (NIH ODS, Ashwagandha). It also has the most safety notes, including liver injury reports (LiverTox, Ashwagandha).
Maca, tribulus and ginger have some human trials. Most others have little more than lab or animal work. US guidelines advise against supplements for tinnitus (AAO-HNSF Tinnitus Update 2026).

06Sources
What does the page say about ingredient quality and sources?
The page says each ingredient is "tested for purity" (Quietum Plus sales page, quality claims), but it shows no lab report, no source country and no extract type. A claim without a report is a claim only.
Federal rules require identity testing of supplement ingredients (21 CFR Part 111, Supplement GMP). Whether this maker did, we cannot see. See side effects for the main caution on each ingredient.
07Before you buy
Who should ask a doctor about these ingredients?
Anyone on a prescribed medicine should ask first. Keep taking your prescribed medicine, and do not change it because you started a supplement.

08FAQ
Quietum Plus ingredient questions, short answers
What are the ingredients in Quietum Plus?
Quietum Plus lists 18: Mucuna pruriens, maca, epimedium, Tribulus terrestris, dong quai, muira puama, ginger, catuaba, damiana, ashwagandha, piperine, sarsaparilla, asparagus, vitamin A, vitamin B, zinc, L-tyrosine and L-arginine. No amounts are printed (Quietum Plus sales page).
Are there really 18 plant extracts in Quietum Plus?
No. The page uses the words '18 special high-quality plant extracts', but vitamin A, vitamin B, zinc, L-tyrosine and L-arginine are not plants. That leaves 13 herbs or roots among the 18 names (Quietum Plus sales page).
Which Quietum Plus ingredients are vitamins or minerals?
Vitamin A, vitamin B and zinc. The page does not say which B vitamin. Vitamin A and zinc have upper limits of 3,000 mcg RAE and 40 mg a day for adults, and the amounts here are not printed (NIH ODS, Vitamin A) (NIH ODS, Zinc).
Why are libido herbs listed in a hearing capsule?
The page does not say. Mucuna, maca, epimedium, tribulus, muira puama, catuaba and damiana are sold for libido or vitality, and we found no hearing trial for any of them (Brunetti et al., Herbal Sexual Enhancers).
Is there a hearing-specific ingredient in Quietum Plus?
No. The only ear line is 'Superior ear tonic' for dong quai, and we found no hearing trial for it. Zinc trials for tinnitus found no benefit (Cochrane, Zinc for Tinnitus), and guidelines advise against supplements for it (AAO-HNSF Tinnitus Update 2026).
What do the nine ingredient tiles on the sales page show?
Each tile shows a round photo of a raw plant or food and one to three names, with a short claim on some. No tile prints an amount (Quietum Plus sales page).
Which Quietum Plus ingredient has the most research?
Ashwagandha, with small human trials for stress and sleep and several liver injury reports (NIH ODS, Ashwagandha). None of that research tested hearing.
