Goquietumplus collects very little. We have no accounts and no checkout, and we do not ask for health details. If you email us, we keep your message to answer it. Orders happen on the Quietum Plus sales page and BuyGoods, which handle your name, address and card under their own policies. We do not sell your data.

01What we collect
What data does goquietumplus.com collect?
Only what you send us, plus basic visit information. Effective October 19, 2026.
Goquietumplus.com collects the messages you send to our inbox and basic technical data about visits. We run no accounts, no mailing list sign-up and no checkout, so we hold no password, address or card number.
Goquietumplus is a USA Authorized Quietum Plus Retailer. We are not the manufacturer, and we do not take orders ourselves. Order buttons send you to the Quietum Plus sales page and its BuyGoods checkout.

02Cookies
Does the site use cookies?
This site does not set advertising cookies of its own. It stores two small items in your browser, on your device only: your planner choice and your ringing log, if you use those tools. We cannot read them, and clearing your browser data removes them.
Order buttons are marked as sponsored links. When you click one, you leave this site, and the vendor or BuyGoods may set cookies of its own to run the checkout and to credit the referral. Their policies apply from that point.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
03Sharing
Does the site sell my data?
No. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We share it only in the cases below.
- With our hosting and email providers, who process it for us to run the site.
- With the vendor or BuyGoods, if you order. They receive what you type at their checkout, and the sales link may pass the pack size you picked.
- When the law requires it, such as a valid legal request.
We earn money when you buy through our links, and the FTC asks us to say so (FTC, Endorsement Guides Q&A). Read about us for the affiliate disclosure. That money comes from the vendor. It does not come from selling your data.
04Payments
Who processes my payment data?
BuyGoods processes your payment, on the checkout reached from the Quietum Plus sales page (Quietum Plus contact page). We never see your card number, your billing address or your order contents.
For tracking or a refund on an order you have placed, call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID, or use the vendor's order lookup. The website inbox cannot see orders, so do not send card details to it. We will delete any we receive.
The vendor's sales page names no company, address or phone. Ask the order desk for its privacy terms if you want to know how it keeps data.
05Health information
Is my health information collected?
No, we do not ask for it, and the site has no form that collects it. The ringing log and the medicine checklist run in your browser and send nothing to us.
If you email us, leave out your diagnosis, medicines and test results. We cannot give medical advice, and a doctor or pharmacist is the right person for those questions.
Sudden hearing loss in one ear, ringing that beats with your pulse, or ringing with dizziness, weakness or a drooping face needs a doctor or emergency care. Email is too slow.
06Your choices
How do I ask to delete my data?
Email [email protected] and ask us to delete, correct or send you what we hold about you. Include the address you wrote from, so we can find your messages. We aim to reply within 30 days.
Residents of California and some other states have rights to know, delete and correct personal data, and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell it. We will honor a valid request wherever you live.
For data held by the vendor or BuyGoods, such as your order record, contact them directly. We cannot delete it for them.
07Children and changes
Is this site for children, and will the policy change?
No. The site is for adults. Quietum Plus is a supplement, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If a child has written to us, ask us to delete the message.
We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we start something new, such as an analytics tool or a sign-up form, we will say so here before we use it.
