What do dong quai and ginger do with warfarin?
A literature review lists case reports of serious bleeding in people who took warfarin with herbs, including dong quai and ginger (Milic et al., Warfarin-Herb Interactions). Those are reports, not trials, and they do not give a safe or unsafe dose.
