Quietum Plus and Testosterone: Why Libido Herbs Are Listed
Quietum Plus testosterone claims do not appear on the bottle or the sales page. The formula does list herbs sold for libido, such as tribulus, epimedium and maca. The best human data on tribulus found no testosterone difference. The capsule amounts are not printed, so we cannot say what any herb does here.

Does Quietum Plus affect testosterone?
There is no evidence that it does, and the product makes no such claim. Neither the bottle front nor the sales page mentions testosterone. No trial has tested the capsules on hormones.
The confusion is easy to understand. Seven listed herbs are sold for libido or male vitality, so shoppers expect a hormone angle. We read the research on them to see what it shows.
| Herb | What was studied | Testosterone finding |
|---|---|---|
| Tribulus | 8 trials, men with erectile dysfunction | No significant difference |
| Maca | 4 small trials | Limited evidence on sexual function |
| Epimedium | Lab and animal work | No human trial in the review |
| Ashwagandha | Safety review | Possible increases noted |
What do trials say about tribulus and testosterone?
A meta-analysis of eight studies found that tribulus scored higher on erectile function questionnaires than placebo, but total testosterone did not differ between groups (Suharyani et al., Tribulus ED Meta-analysis). The men all had erectile dysfunction.
So even the herb best known for this reputation did not move the hormone in that pooled data. The result does not transfer to Quietum Plus, since the amount in the capsule is not printed. Read more on the epimedium and tribulus page.
Epimedium was reviewed in lab and animal work. The same review warns that crude extracts show potential liver toxicity and that more safety research is needed (Qian et al., Epimedium Review).
The label makes no testosterone claim, so read any such promise elsewhere as a red flag.
Could ashwagandha or maca change hormone levels?
The NIH fact sheet on ashwagandha notes possible increases in testosterone, along with thyroid and liver concerns (NIH ODS, Ashwagandha). It also reports that trials were short, and long-term safety is unknown.
Maca reviews look at sexual desire and function, with limited evidence, not at a hormone result (Shin et al., Maca Systematic Review). A review of herbal sexual enhancers says few safety data exist for several of these plants, and interactions are the bigger worry (Brunetti et al., Herbal Sexual Enhancers).
The sales page calls the ashwagandha tile "Strong adaptogens". That is a marketing word, not a lab measure. See the full ingredient list.
- Hormone-sensitive condition or prostate history: ask your doctor first.
- Low testosterone concerns: get a blood test, not a supplement guess.
- Be wary of any product sold for sexual enhancement that hides its contents.

See packsHow do you avoid tainted libido products?
Buy through the official route and read the label on arrival. The FDA warns that many products sold for sexual enhancement or energy are likely to contain hidden drugs (FDA, Sexual Enhancement Product Notifications).
That is a warning about the category, not about Quietum Plus. It is a reason to avoid look-alike listings and to check the seal and lot code on your bottle. See who it is for if you take medicine.
Quietum Plus comes in 60-capsule bottles at $79, $69 or $49 a bottle, with a 60-day money-back guarantee. Follow your bottle's label, and keep taking prescribed medicine as directed.

01FAQ
Quietum Plus and testosterone questions
Is Quietum Plus a testosterone booster?
No. It is a dietary supplement, and it makes no hormone claim on the bottle or the sales page. Its herbs are sold for libido, but the best data we cite found no testosterone change from tribulus. Treat it as unproven for hormones.
Should I take Quietum Plus for low testosterone?
No. Low testosterone needs a blood test and a clinician's advice, not a hearing-and-mood supplement. Quietum Plus has no trial for it. Ask your doctor about testing, and bring the bottle if you want to discuss it.
Why does the formula list libido herbs?
The sales page does not say. Seven listed plants are marketed for libido, and a few have small human trials for sexual function, not hearing. The formula's reasoning is unexplained, and the capsule amounts are not printed.
