Do tinnitus supplements on Amazon work?
No supplement sold for tinnitus has been shown to work. The NIDCD says supplements advertised for ringing are not proven (NIDCD, Tinnitus).

How can you judge a tinnitus supplement listing?
Judge a listing by what it prints, not by what it promises. A page title and star average are not evidence.
Read the product images as well as the text. A real Supplement Facts panel lists a serving size and an amount for each ingredient. A listing that shows only a front label hides the details you need.
Be wary of words like "proven" and "restores", and of unnamed "studies". The FTC says health claims need competent scientific support (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance). Ask what the study tested and in whom.
